"Leave Me Alone" - Keshi tells Nigerians

The former coach of the super eagles Stephen Keshi has told Nigerians to leave him alone after being relieved of his duties by the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), Vanguard reports.

Yesterday the former  Nigeria’s head coach asked soccer fans to allow him rest with his family in the United State of America as he was no longer in charge of the national team.
Stephen Keshi  said that fans should direct their questions on the Eagles to the assistant coach of the team, Abdulahi Yusuf.
He said: “Please, I want Nigerians to leave me alone and allow me spend time with my family. The only thing on my mind now is to be with my family and I don’t want to be bothered with any matter associated with the Super Eagles.I want people to understand that I do not have anything on the Super Eagles. The only thing I want to do is be with my loved ones. Direct all your questions to Yusuf or whoever is coaching the team”.

These words of Keshi have caused a various reaction among Nigerians.

Listed below are the reactions

Musty Karfe– “You are free to go”
  Anababy Charles– “pls go”

Ugwu Chibuzo– “Y can’t dis bunch of fool’s dat called themselvs NFF officials making mockry of our foot-ball in dis country for God’s sake, infact am paranoide.”

Princess Onyinye– For those abusing Keshi and calling him proud, anyway most of you can’t even come close to his street not to talk of near his gate. And yes, Nigeria and Nigerians should leave the man alone!!!!!!!!!!

Nnamdi Basil– “Keshi has done better than all indigenous coaches. Probably better than any foreign coach with exception of Clemence Westerhof. He is only a victim of those wolves in football house who think of only what they can get. My only anger against him was that he did not leave when his ovation was loud. Well good luck my hero in your future endeavors.”

Khris Abraham –  “Mr keshi, if u really love urself n ur family leave any appointment dat Nigeria will offer u, bcos if u didn’t do it well, dey will descent on u all manner of talks…better 4u to quit d position u’re now. And look some else to do, so dat u can get rest of mind, Nigeria are wayward dey can fustrate u do way u won’t expect…wake up keshi, a world is enough 4d wise.”

Ifeanyi Brown– “He still remain best ever.”

Samson Olaseinde– “keshi should go to hell,he is not an extraordinary coach”

Adamu Inuwa Mijinyawa– “Achieved nothing but failure”

Bosco Wilrita– “Ungrateful Nigerians!”

Ogar Matthew - I wonder why NFF refuse to give keshi breathing space, inspite of keshi's effort & achievement in our national team, may be for selfish reasons, now they have fired him unjustly.I will like to advise NFF to learn how to tolerate & be patient with coaches, keshi still remain a good coach whether NFF likes it or not......
